Before the project starts, one of our skilled technicians will provide you with the scope of work and the estimate.

Our professionals have extensive experience working with masonry, framing, changing load in bearing walls, drywall, exterior, and interior finishes. After you sign off on the proposal, we will get to work.

First, we will do a thorough check of the wall that will be remodeled. We will look for electrical wires, pipes, and anything else that can be on the way to the successful completion of the project.

Then, we will separate the working area from the living space of the house with the dust barrier built from support posts and plastic. In addition, we will cover the surfaces with protective materials to keep the dust and dirt out of the house. We will also use plywood materials outside of the house to protect landscaping and for easier clean-up after the job is finished.

Last, after the opening is completed, we will install the window or door. They will look like they have always been there! Nobody could tell.
